Returning to Yourself
A 7-day guided experience to quiet the noise and reconnect with your inner wisdom. From autopilot to intentional direction.
For the next seven days, let sensory attention become a doorway back to yourself.
Day 1
Awaken to the Ordinary
How much of ourselves do we miss when we move through life on autopilot?
When we're rushing from one thing to the next, we don't only stop noticing what's around us. We stop noticing what moves us — what catches our eye, brings us joy, sparks our curiosity, makes us pause.Attention brings us back into relationship with our own experience.Today, we begin returning to ourselves by returning our attention to the life already happening around us.
TODAY'S EXPERIENCE
Follow Your Attention
An invitation to notice what has been there all along.1. Move through your day as usual.
No special plans. No extra time. Simply bring a little more attention to what is already around you.2. Notice what catches your attention
Something beautiful. Unexpected. Interesting. Ordinary. Something you've passed many times but somehow see differently today.3. Capture what catches your attention.
Pause. Stay with it for a moment. Take a picture — not because it's picture-worthy, but because you noticed it.
Don't go looking for something special. Let the ordinary surprise you.
BEFORE THE DAY ENDS
Return to what caught your eye.
Your day is almost over. Before moving on, return to the moments that caught your attention today.Look through your pictures together, without analysing them one by one. Then take your journal and see what emerges.

Thank you for showing up today. Thank you for showing up to you.
You did good work. I'm proud of you. I'll meet you here tomorrow. ❤︎Love,
Rita
Day 2
Beneath the Noise
When was the last time you truly listened?
Our days are filled with sound — around us and within us. And when we're constantly receiving, reacting and responding, listening can become just another thing we do on autopilot. But when we become quiet enough to truly listen, we create space to receive — the world around us, the people in it, and ourselves.Today, we return to ourselves by becoming quiet enough to listen.
TODAY'S EXPERIENCE (﹙˓ 🎧 ˒﹚)
Listen with your whole body
An invitation to discover what becomes audible when you truly listen.MORNING
1. Give hearing your full attention for 10 minutes.
Find somewhere you can be alone, undisturbed and safe. Sit comfortably, with your eyes closed or using an eye mask, and listen for 5–10 minutes to your surroundings.Begin with the furthest sound you can hear. Name it. Slowly move closer — to the sounds around you, beside you, and finally within your own body. For the last minute or two, stop searching. Simply receive.2. Before you move on, remember.
Write down the sounds you heard. Keep the list. You'll return to your experience later today.DURING THE DAY
1. Carry listening into your day.
Every now and then, return your attention to sound. Notice what you hear — and how your body responds. What soothes you? Energizes you? Irritates you? Makes you smile? Brings something back?2. Listen more than you speak.
In your conversations, notice when you're preparing your response instead of listening. Stay receptive for a little longer. Listen to the words, the tone, the pauses — perhaps even what isn't being said.
When we make room to listen, we may hear what the noise has been hiding.
BEFORE THE DAY ENDS
Return to sounds you discovered.
Your day is almost over. Before moving on, return to your morning practice and what you heard throughout the day — in your surroundings and in the people around you.Take your journal and reflect on what stayed with you and why.

Thank you for showing up today. Thank you for showing up to you.
You did good work. I'm proud of you. I'll meet you here tomorrow. ❤︎Love,
Rita
Day 3
In Your Own Skin
How does life feel against your skin?
Our skin is in constant contact with the world — water, fabric, warmth, surfaces, people. Yet so much of what we physically experience passes unnoticed.Touch can comfort us, awaken us, make us soften or pull away. And when we begin to pay attention, we discover that the way we experience touch is deeply personal.Today is an invitation to feel more of the life that is already touching you.
TODAY'S EXPERIENCE
Meet your world through touch
An invitation to rediscover your own touch and notice how your body meets the world.MORNING
Give yourself around 10 minutes for the whole ritual.
1. Scan your body.
Lie down comfortably and close your eyes. Slowly scan your body from head to toes. Notice what is already there — temperature, pressure, tension, relaxation, contact. Don't change anything. Simply feel.2. Awaken it through touch.
Gently tap your body from head to toes using your fingertips or hands. Notice the sensations you create and how different areas respond. Do they tingle?3. Feel your touch on your skin.
Slowly apply cream or oil to your whole body. Feel your hands against your skin — the warmth, pressure and movement. Notice where you linger, where you rush, what feels good and what feels unfamiliar.DURING THE DAY
1. Notice what touches you and what you choose to touch.
Clothing. Water. Air. Temperature. Surfaces. The ground. Another person. An animal. Bring your attention to the physical contact that normally disappears into the background. Notice what you enjoy, what you seek, and what you instinctively move away from.
Your skin meets the world all day. Today, be there for the meeting.
BEFORE THE DAY ENDS
Return to your body memory.
Your body has been in contact with the world all day. Before moving on, hug yourself, acknowledging your commitment to you. Then return to your morning ritual and the moments of touch you noticed throughout the day.Take your journal and get curious about what felt good, what didn't, and what you may have discovered about yourself.

Thank you for showing up today. Thank you for showing up to you.
You did good work. I'm proud of you. I'll meet you here tomorrow. ❤︎Love,
Rita
Day 4
The Invisible Imprint
How much of our story do we carry through scent?
We can recognise someone's perfume before we see them. Feel comforted by the scent of a home. Feel drawn to one person and repelled by another. And a scent we haven't encountered in years can suddenly return us to a version of ourselves we thought we'd forgotten. Our responses to scent carry preference, memory, familiarity and association — often before we've had time to think about any of it.Scent carries traces of where we've been while constantly giving us information about where we are.Today, we become curious about what our nose remembers, notices — and reveals about us.
TODAY'S EXPERIENCE
Meet your world through scent
An invitation to rediscover your own scent and the world around you.MORNING
Give yourself around 10 minutes for the whole ritual.
1. Discover the scents around you.
Move through your home — and outside if possible — and deliberately smell things you would normally pass without smelling. Not only obvious scented things like perfume or coffee. Explore your actual life.Your skin. Your hair. Your pillow. Your clothes. Your home. Your pet. Your family. A plant. The air outside. Food. Spices. Soap. Books. Wood. Soil. Whatever is around you.
For each scent, don't immediately decide whether it's “good” or “bad.” Stay with it for a few seconds with eyes closed.2. Notice your response.
What draws you closer? What makes you pull away? Notice any emotions, memories, images, people or places that arise.DURING THE DAY
1. Experience your day through scent.
Keep returning your attention to your nose. Pause to smell your coffee before drinking, your food before eating, the air when you step outside, the spaces and people you encounter.2. Notice what scent awakens.
What do you enjoy or dislike? What feels familiar? What changes how you feel? Does a scent take you somewhere else?
Don't wait for a scent to catch your attention. Bring your attention to scent.
BEFORE THE DAY ENDS
Return to the scents of your day.
Today, you gave your nose more attention than usual. Some scents may have simply felt pleasant or unpleasant. Others may have felt strangely familiar, brought something back, or revealed something about what you're naturally drawn to.Take your journal and follow where they lead you.

Thank you for showing up today. Thank you for showing up to you.
You did good work. I'm proud of you. I'll meet you here tomorrow. ❤︎Love,
Rita
Day 5
Savour the Presence
What can what we eat — and how we eat — tell us about ourselves?
Food is never just flavour. What we choose, avoid, crave and return to can carry pieces of our culture, memories, values, habits, emotions and identity.Yet we can move through entire meals barely experiencing any of it — eating while our attention is somewhere else, already reaching for the next bite before we've tasted the one we're having.Today, we slow down enough to taste not only our food, but something about ourselves through the way we eat.
TODAY'S EXPERIENCE
Meet your world through taste
An invitation to slow down and discover what eating feels like when your attention is actually there.1. Eat in presence.
For every meal today, remove distractions. No phone, TV, laptop, music or reading. When you eat, just eat.2. Explore each bite.
Slow down. Chew slowly and let the food stay in your mouth a little longer. Notice its temperature, texture and flavours — sweet, salty, sour, bitter, umami. Notice how they change as you chew and what you actually enjoy. As you eat, become curious about your choices too. Why this food? Hunger, habit, pleasure, convenience, comfort, tradition, health, values? Notice without judging or trying to change anything.3. For one meal, close your eyes.
Choose one meal and experience at least part of it with your eyes closed. What changes when sight is removed? Do flavours feel stronger? Do you notice aromas or textures differently? Does your experience of the food change?
Don't rush to the next bite. Stay with the one you're experiencing.
BEFORE THE DAY ENDS
Return to the taste of your day.
Today, you gave something you do every day your full attention. Maybe food tasted different. Maybe you noticed how you eat, why you choose certain foods, or what they carry for you.Take your journal and explore what your relationship with food might tell you about yourself.

Thank you for showing up today. Thank you for showing up to you.
You did good work. I'm proud of you. I'll meet you here tomorrow. ❤︎Love,
Rita
Day 6
Inside Out
When did you last move without thinking about how you looked?
We learn to see our bodies from the outside — in mirrors, pictures, through other people's eyes. And we begin to watch, control and correct our bodies — how we stand, how we move, how much space we take. Sometimes the control becomes so automatic that we stop noticing what our body naturally wants to do.But movement can also be something we experience from within, rather than directed from the outside.Today, we turn our attention inside and discover what movement feels like when the body is allowed to lead.
TODAY'S EXPERIENCE
Meet your world through movement
An invitation to stop watching your body move and experience movement from within.YOUR PRACTICE
Give yourself around 10 minutes for the whole ritual.
1. Start in stillness.
Stand comfortably, barefoot if possible, and close your eyes. Feel your feet on the ground, the weight of your body and where it naturally rests. Notice any subtle swaying. Don't correct it. Just feel yourself occupying space.2. Let your body lead.
Without a mirror, begin to move slowly. Stretch, sway, bend, rotate, reach, shake — but don't follow a routine. Instead ask: How does my body want to move right now? Follow what feels natural, interesting or good. If judgment appears, notice it — and keep moving.3. Put the music on.
Keep the mirror away. No choreography. No trying to dance well or look a certain way. Let your body respond to the music however it wants.
Don’t overthink what plays next — let the music continue and keep moving. Dance, shake, jump, stretch, sway... whatever feels good and your body wants to do. If judgment appears, notice it — and keep moving.DURING THE DAY
Feel yourself moving through space.
Bring attention to ordinary movement — walking, sitting, standing, reaching, turning, climbing stairs. Notice your pace, posture and how much space you occupy. Where do you feel ease? Where do you feel tension or restriction?
Experience your movement from the inside — instead of judging it from the outside.
BEFORE THE DAY ENDS
Return to how it felt to move from within.
Today, you experienced your body without a mirror telling you what it looked like. You noticed how it wanted to move, where judgment appeared, and perhaps the moments when you followed — or overrode — its impulses.Take your journal and explore what your movement revealed about your relationship with your body.

Thank you for showing up today. Thank you for showing up to you.
You did good work. I'm proud of you. I'll meet you here tomorrow. ❤︎Love,
Rita
Day 7
Know Thyself
What happens when there is nothing outside of us to sense?
For six days, we've explored what happens when we deliberately pay attention to how we experience the world. But not everything we notice comes from outside of us. Sometimes something arises within — a thought, a feeling, an impulse, or simply a sense of knowing we can't immediately explain.Today, we turn our attention inward and get curious about what is already there.
TODAY'S EXPERIENCE
Meet your world from within
An invitation to quiet the outside world and notice what arises when you turn your attention within.YOUR PRACTICE
Give yourself around 10 minutes for the whole ritual.
1. Remove the outside noise. — 5 min
Find a quiet place. No phone, music or other input. Sit or lie comfortably and close your eyes. For the first few minutes, focus on your breathing. Simply notice what arises — a thought, feeling, sensation, image, impulse... or nothing at all.2. Ask yourself one question: What do I need right now?
Don’t rush to answer or try to figure it out. Let the question sit. Don’t think your way to an answer — let it come to you. Maybe you feel it, sense it, or simply know.3. Discover your yes and your no.
Think of something simple you already know is a yes for you. Hold it in your awareness for a moment. What does that yes feel like? How do you know?
Now do the same with something you already know is a no.
Don't look for a particular response. Get curious about how you know.DURING THE DAY
Notice before you override.
Pay attention to the small yeses and nos that arise throughout your day — before you explain, rationalise or dismiss them. Simply notice how you know..
Before looking for the answer outside, notice what is already there within.
BEFORE THE DAY ENDS
Come back to what you noticed within.
Today, instead of searching outside yourself, you created a little space to listen inward. Maybe something was clear. Maybe it was subtle. Maybe you noticed how quickly you explain, question or override what first arises. There is nothing to get right here. Just get curious about how you know.

Thank you for showing up today. Thank you for showing up to you.
You did good work. I'm proud of you. I'll meet you here tomorrow. ❤︎Love,
Rita

About Rita

My work sits at the intersection of strategy, self-discovery and human transformation. For more than a decade, I have worked across business, leadership and organisational change—helping people navigate complexity, make meaningful decisions and turn insight into action.Alongside this professional path, I became increasingly interested in a different question:How do we create lives that are not only successful, but genuinely our own?Today, I combine strategic thinking, deep inquiry, empathy and embodied reflection to create experiences that help people reconnect with themselves, access clarity and move forward in alignment.I do not believe anyone else can define your path for you.But the right questions, the right space and the right partnership can help you uncover it.

the conversation
The Clarity Session
A guided experience to help you reconnect with yourself.
When life feels noisy, this is where we slow down until clarity emerges.
This is for you if...
You've been thinking in circles for longer than you'd like.
You're facing a decision that logic alone can't solve.
You know something needs to change, but can't hear yourself anymore.
You've been looking for answers everywhere except within.
You have gathered answers, perspectives and insights, yet still do not feel settled within yourself.
Clarity changes everything that follows.

During our session, we might...
Untangle what's keeping you stuck
Reconnect with what already feels true
Challenge unconscious assumptions
Access clarity beneath the noise
Identify the next aligned step
You'll also receive
A guided reflection before we meet.
A personalised Clarity Map afterwards.
Tailored self-discovery practices to continue the journey beyond our conversation.
Sometimes, one conversation can change the questions we're asking ourselves.
Some people leave with everything they needed.
Others realise this is only the beginning.
Either way, you'll leave with more clarity than you arrived with.
Clarity doesn't always change your circumstances. It changes how you meet them.

The Transformational Incubator
A three-month container for those ready to move beyond confusion and build a life that feels deeply aligned.
This is where awareness becomes direction—and direction becomes embodied change.
A space to reconnect with yourself, experiment with new ways of being, and integrate lasting change.
This is for you if...
You're at a crossroads that can't be solved by logic alone.

You've achieved things that no longer feel fully aligned.
You're ready to stop collecting answers and start discovering your own.
You want lasting transformation—not temporary motivation.

Throughout our journey together, we may...
Untangle patterns that keep repeating.
Challenge unconscious assumptions.
Explore new perspectives and possibilities.
Experiment with different ways of thinking, deciding and living.
Build trust in your own inner guidance.
Translate clarity into aligned action.
Integrate lasting change into everyday life.
This container is designed to support real decisions, consistent movement, and aligned direction.
The journey we'll follow
Our work together is guided by the Spiral Integration Framework™—a methodology designed to transform insight into embodied change.

Together we'll move through three natural phases:• Awareness
• Exploration
• IntegrationThis framework creates the conditions where clarity emerges naturally and translates into lasting direction.
Working together feels right if...
You're curious about yourself.
You're willing to question long-held assumptions.
You value reflection as much as action.
You want direction that feels aligned—not imposed.
You're looking for transformation, not simply advice.
We may not be the right fit if...
You're looking for quick fixes.
You want someone to make decisions for you.
You're unwilling to experiment with new perspectives.
You're expecting a step-by-step blueprint for life.
The goal isn't to move faster. It's to move in a direction that is genuinely your own.
Some people arrive because of one decision.
They leave relating differently to every decision that follows.
Because clarity doesn't always change our circumstances.
It changes the place we're living them from.
Before applying:
The Transformational Incubator is intentionally small. It is designed for people who are ready to do the work between sessions—not only during them.If you're looking for someone to give you answers, the Clarity Session may be a better place to begin. If you're ready to question, experiment, integrate, and take aligned action over time, I'd love to work with you.

the method
The Spiral Integration Framework™
Transformation isn't linear.
It's a process of returning to yourself, seeing more clearly, experimenting differently, and integrating what you discover into everyday life.
We'll follow a natural movement — from inner clarity to integrated direction.
We'll follow a natural movement—from inner clarity to embodied direction.

The Spiral Integration Framework™ provides a living structure that supports the transition from functional confusion toward aligned and sustainable direction.Rather than imposing external answers, the process follows an inner progression — from awareness to integration.
Three natural phases:
01 — awareness
Recognizing what is truly present beneath thoughts, patterns, and decisions.
See what you've been unable to see.
02 — Exploration
Making internal patterns visible and experimenting with new ways of relating to oneself and reality.
Experiment with new perspectives, decisions, and ways of being.
03 — integration
Translating clarity into aligned action and sustainable direction.
Turn insight into embodied change.
The goal is not to force answers — but to create the conditions where clarity emerges naturally.
When clarity deepens, aligned direction follows.
